Shipping Information
This page contains information on auction shipping methods and time. Use this link to get to Shipping Charges.
As stated in each items description- We always combine all your winnings to save you money on shipping.
All auction winnings ship out within 1-7 days of the close of an auction (unless your payment was received late). If you send in a money order your order will ship as soon as payment is received. We will have your order boxed and ready to go so there is no delay in getting it out the door once the Money Order is received. Remember that it can take a long time for mail to arrive here so if you are in a hurry this in not the best way to go.
Our web site is set up to ship all boxes under 2 pounds via USPS and all boxes over 2pounds via UPS (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, etc, - those will ship via the US Post Office). Note: We do know and use the US Priority Flat Rate Boxes when it saves money and the items fit. However, we do not accept requests to use it. We have been shipping a long time and are going to be very careful and honest about which type of service will work for your particular order. When you checkout you can always put an alternate address so we can have the flexibility of sending it the least expensive way (Google checkout does not offer Order Notes so be sure not to pay using it).
If your box arrives damaged please let us know so we can put in a claim. UPS is usually pretty careful but every so often you get a box that looks like it was mis-handled. Due to the fact that we do not stock any of the auction items we might not be in a position to be able to replace the items. We can offer credits or refunds. We usually only have one or two damaged boxes in a year so it is not something that you need to worry too much about.
Below is a chart of how many days it takes UPS to deliver. If it seems like your package is over due then please do not wait- e-mail the auctioneer. CPG@pacific.net Your package can be tracked. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-4 days to arrive (but in rare cases can take longer).
Below is the UPS Shipping Chart- It is a very clear chart and simple
to read. All you have to do is find where you are and what color your state
is in. Once you know that look to the right at the simple color chart and see
how many days they think it should take to deliver your box. This chart is customized
to our location in Northern California.
For example if you live in Florida then you can expect it to take six working days to get to you. If you paid on December 3rd and we shipped on the 5th you could expect to see it on December 13th (don't count the weekends or the day it ships). If you have questions about this just send us an e-mail. CPG@pacific.net
