INTRODUCTION

We have a 2,000+ square foot warehouse full of 30+ years worth of paper, stamps, supplies and other goodies.

The paper items in our warehouse are for the most part in great condition. Some of the things are really old and well preserved and some of the stuff was just put in there last week. We have a saying around here "You just never know what your going to find in the warehouse"- so true!!



THE WAY IT WORKS

This auction has been kept very simple, with easy registration and bidding procedures. This auction works a little differently than most on-line auctions in that it is NOT open for bidding most of the time. We only run it 4 times a year. We do run a two week preview before the auction opens. On those days you can log in and add items your your watchlist or do some comparison shopping etc. You can't bid on the preview days.

On the "down days" you can take the time to pre-register, change your registration information, look at closed auctions to determine your future bids and E-Mail us to get any questions about the items or shipping answered before the auction starts. It will have the appearance of an open auction only you will not be able to bid.

When exactly does the bidding start? It starts exactly at 1:00 a.m. Thursday morning (P.S.T)

When does it end? The items start to close out at 3:00 Sunday PST with the last items closing by 3:30pm PST. You will need to check the closing time of each specific item to see when exactly it will close. Also be sure to check your time zone. The times listed at the auction are in PST (Pacific Standard Time).

When will your winnings ship? Your order is usually out the door within 1-7 days. Orders that are paid later may take a day or two longer.

Payment has to be made by the Thursday following the close of the auction. This needs to happen due to staff limitations. The same person who handles the payment is the same person who pulls your orders. If you pay late that means that the auction ships slower! Be kind to yourself and your fellow bidders- pay fast!


E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS

This auction is automatic in just about every way. As part of this auction there is a built in E-Mail notification system. You will be receiving a lot of E-Mail during the auction if you are actively bidding. However, if you want to turn this feature off you can. You will need to go into your account to set up your preferences. Note: It is a good idea to leave it on so you will know what is occurring with your bids.

 

ADDRESS & NAME

Due to internet security issues many people use an AKA name. We do not mind you doing that but we ask you to make sure that your payments, e-mail and all correspondence are also in that same name. It makes it almost impossible for us to not make mistakes on your orders if there are multiple names used. We also ask you to use the same e-mail address.

We only ship to the address that you give when you checkout. Be sure to keep it up to date!
