If you have never been to our auction, there are a few things you may want to know:

• We only run the auction for 4 days: Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday and we only have 4 auctions a year.
• The auction runs on Pacific Standard Time.
• The items close out between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. Sunday (Pacific Standard Time).
• You need to register to bid- we do not under any circumstances ever-ever share your data with anyone. You do not need to re-register every time you come. Keep your password and user name in a place you wont lose them. If you like to use an Alias (AKA) name that is fine just be sure that it matches the name on your credit card, money order, check or PayPal account. You will also need to use it to sign your name in e-mail messages that you may write to us. We simply do not have the time to try and match different names up. It also can cause errors on your order! It is best just to use your real name if possible.
• We ship ONLY to the address given when you checkout. You need to keep your info current. If we ship to the wrong address you will be responsible for the re-direct shipping charge.
• As soon as the auction closes we go into your file and add up all your winnings. When we are done you will get an e-mail invoice that will contain a link to your auction items. This e-mail will arrive on Sunday night or Monday morning.
• Once you have your auction invoice follow the instructions to checkout.
• If you do not claim your items by Thursday at 2:00p.m. then they are put back into inventory and re-posted for the next auction. If you do not tell us that you intend to cancel you will be blocked from future auctions.
• We automatically combine all your winnings together to save you money on shipping. There is no need to contact us concerning this.

• If you are from another country or require US Mail service (Alaska, Hawaii), please realize that paper is very heavy. If you have concerns on cost get an estimate BEFORE you start bidding.
• The prices you see listed when the auction opens are reserve prices (the lowest amount we will sell the product for).
• Use The Auctioneer's Corner and the Home Page of the auction to stay informed of auction news.
• We usually ship within 1-7 days of payment being made.

*If you are really really new and are still confused then see below for step by step instructions.

Print this page and follow the directions below.

1) Click this button: "To The Auction" .

2) Once you have entered the auction you are prompted to register. Fill out the data and then submit your form. Please use your real name and be sure to give your address.

3) You will then need to choose a password and pick up your User Name from your e-mail (it is sent within 2-3 minutes).

4) Once you have completed registration you should either click on the link that says Main Page or Browse. Then look around until you find something that interests you.

6) Enter the maximum amount you would pay for that item (Proxy Bid). This auction program calls them "limit bids". Once you have that bid in place you can sit back and let the computer bid for you. It will automatically bid against anyone else who wants that product. It will stop when it reaches the amount you set as your "limit". If this confuses you then go back to The Auctioneer's Corner (hit your back button) and click on the link that says Proxy Bidding. You will then be given a simple explanation of how it works.

7) Remember to check back and see how you are doing with your item.

8) If you are out bid and have second thoughts as to how much you are willing to bid you can go in and place another "limit" bid.

9) Remember that if you only win one or two items you are going to pay very high shipping vs. product costs. It is best to find three or more items. If you are interested in shipping rates go back to The Auctioneer's Corner (hit your back button) and click on the link that explains about Shipping.

10) Once the auction is over you can go into your account and see what you won. You can do this by clicking on the link that says My Account. Sometime on Sunday night or Monday afternoon you will get an e-mail invoice with checkout instructions.

11) If it turns out that you only win one or two items you can decide to have them shipped OR you can contact me and let me know if you want to cancel. Send your cancellation request to: CPG@pacific.net We only allow you to do this once.

12) You will need to complete your checkout by Thursday at 2:00p.m. If we do not hear from you by Thursday then the items you won will be re-posted for the next auction.

16) When things ship: We try to ship all Paper Auction winnings within 1-7 days of payment.
