
Returns and Refunds
If you receive and item and it does not match the description please let the Auctioneer know via E-mail CPG@pacific.net Do not call into our office as our office staff is not connected to the auction and will not be able to assist you.
If it is verified that you received the correct item and it did not match the written description you will receive a credit or refund on that item. If it turns out that you received the wrong item then we will send you the correct item (if we have it) or a refund or credit.
We will not accept returns without prior approval by the Auctioneer. If you ship them back then the package will be refused.
If you simply "change your mind" and don't want the items when you
get them or you feel that the item did not match the description (and we disagree)
then we may offer you a credit or refund. However, we will ask you not to attend
the auction in the future.
If you buy something and it arrives damaged or broken (and the description did not specify damage) then please let us know about it. It is possible that UPS or USPS mishandled your box. All orders are insured so do not hesitate to tell us.
If you are unhappy about your purchase we want to know about it! Please contact us if there is trouble with your order. We want your experience at our auction to be positive so please let us know!!
As a note:
It is VERY important that you read the item descriptions very carefully. If a picture does not match the item description notify the Auctioneer and don't bid on the item. If there is some strange or confusing wording in the description, again do not bid on the item- instead notify the Auctioneer. This will help avoid future problems when you end up with something different than you wanted.
