This and That
Notes & Advice:
1) I am generally on line and monitoring the auction between 8:00 am and 8:00pm PST Thursday through Saturday. If you have questions please E-mail me. I am there to help you and to make sure that all your questions are answered. However, please use The Auctioneer's Corner web pages to learn about how the auction works. It is a good idea to look over those pages and FAQ page first before contacting me.
1a.) Please do not call the California Paper Goods office with auction questions. The staff are not connected to the auction and will direct you to send an e-mail to me.
2) I monitor the auction pretty closely and if I see a bidding war start I sometimes post another pound of paper to stop the price from getting ridiculously high. Watch for this and start bidding on the new pound. I want all bidders to get a good deal (although I know bidding wars can be fun). For those of you who use Watch Lists be sure to check in to the main auction listings occasionally to see it I have listed additional pounds.
3) Please do not be upset if I will not sell all the stock I may have in inventory. I only will post what inventory I have set aside for each auction.
4) The Auction items close between 3:00p.m. and 3:30p.m P.S.T.. At that time I will go into each bidders accounts and see what you have won. I will then send you an e-mail Invoice with payment instructions. I will send it on Sunday night or Monday morning. Please contact me if you do not receive your total.
5) Sometimes an item gets listed when it shouldn't and when we go to pull your winnings the item is not there. If for some reason we are unable to supply an item you will be offered a refund.
6) All sizes and quantities per pound are approximate. We do our best to list them accurately but many of these papers are seconds so it is hard to get exact figures at the time of listing. Usually we try to error on the light side so you will get more rather than less.
6a) When we pull your order the papers are weighed on a digital confectioners scale. It is extremely accurate! If you are getting some items that are heavier than others it is because we gave you more than a pound on some of them. For example if we only have "one" pound left of something you may get anywhere from one 1 pound to 1.4 pounds. You don't pay the shipping for the extra paper as we figure shipping totals before packing. It is free paper, enjoy it!
7) Please watch The Auctioneer's Corner web page closely to see when the auctions will run.
This auction is a great chance for you to have a good time and to get some great deals! There are papers & items here that you will not find anywhere else and in sizes you may never have access to. I hope that you will come back often and see what new things we have to offer. Don't stay away to long as you may miss that one item that is gone in a flash. Have fun and happy bidding!!
