With Recurring Orders, you’ll never run out of your favorite Paper Goods …and you can cancel anytime.
Can I schedule Recurring Orders for all my favorite items?
- Yes, you can set up recurring delivery on all our items.
How do I sign up for Recurring Orders?
- To sign up for Recurring Orders, click the “sign up for Recurring Orders” link on the home page.
- On the Recurring Orders sign up page, you will choose how often you would like subsequent Recurring Orders of the product to be shipped (every 30, 45, 60, 90 or 180 days) and how many of the item you would like in each order.
- A Recurring Orders item can be shipped with other non-Recurring Orders items in your first order. Subsequent Recurring Orders cannot be combined with other items.
- Recurring Orders cannot be marked as gifts and the invoice will contain pricing information.
How much is shipping on Recurring Orders?
- Recurring Orders are free on all orders over $49!

Please Note:
- Once a Recurring Orders order is scheduled, no e-mails will be sent before we process subsequent Recurring Orders shipments. An order confirmation e-mail and a shipment confirmation e- mail will be sent after each Recurring Orders order is processed and shipped.
- Unless modified by the customer, the credit card used to set up the initial Recurring Orders order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are shipped. By placing a Recurring Orders order, you authorize us to charge your credit card for subsequent Recurring Orders until you cancel your Recurring Orders.
- The price for each item in each subsequent Recurring Orders order will be the PaperGoodsDirect.com price applicable at the time the subsequent order is processed (including any sales and promotions then in effect). The price paid for an item in the initial Recurring Orders order is not guaranteed for subsequent Recurring Orders orders. Customers will NOT be notified of price changes before subsequent Recurring Orders order are processed and shipped. If a Recurring Orders item is eligible for a promotion at the time the Recurring Orders order is processed, the promotion will be automatically applied to that order.
- Sales tax, if applicable, will be applied to each Recurring Orders order.
- The Recurring Orders program is good for United States, US Territory, and APO/FPO/DPO shipping destinations only.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
