Are there any limits on the number of referrals or amount of credit I can earn?
No. There is no maximum to the number of referrals or credits. But please remember that each credit expires after six months.
Does the code on the coupons placed in my account contain any personal information?
No. These coupons contain only random letters and numbers, so you can post them publicly on message boards, etc., without compromising any of your personal information. If you prefer to create a personalized code, that option is also available.
Can I use the $10 coupons in my account for myself?
No. These coupons are only for new customers you refer to us.
How can I check the status of my referrals?
Log into your account and click on My Referrals to view the status of referrals.
How do I print the $10 coupons for my friends?
After you are logged in, click on My Referrals and then select Print Personalized Coupons.
Where does someone enter my email or referral code to get the $10 discount (and for me to receive the $5 credit)?
New customers enter the referral code or email address in the Shopping Cart screen when placing their first order.
How do I redeem my credits?
During checkout, there will be an option to "redeem your credits". All you have to do is click on that button and enjoy your credits!
